Payroll Specialists are responsible for complete wage, perks and benefits administration of employees of our clients, they are trained to work with spreadssheets and payroll administration software
Accounting Consultants
Accounting Consultants are trained once to become independent Head Accountants, who are able to independently and individually prepare financial statements, devise suitable financial reporting for our clients and are able to consult as well as advise to our clients about their financial situtation and provide common tax advisory. Some of them had already become our clients‘ financial managers.
Head Accountants

Licensed Tax Advisors
Licensed Tax Advisors are expected to provide tax advisory services to all complex tax problems, as well as counsel our clients to prevent possible fines for inappropriate business misconceptions.

Each employee performance is appraised on regular basis with its Team Manager or Managing Director, and vice versa, by comparison to agreed objectives (MBO), measuring goal setting to results. The customer’s feedback on job performance is semi-annually individually discussed, in addition. Career advancement is dependent only on the degree to which employees accomplish work requirements, prove independency in decision-making, timeliness and ability to quickly pick up new knowledge.

The selection process is divided into 3 rounds.
1st Round
Your CV is reviewed and the reference stated is contacted by phone. All applicants will be informed about our decision, some will receive invitation to 2nd round.
2nd Round
Short logical and knowledge test is completed by applicant at our HQ’s, in which we check the degree of logical comprehensiveness and ability to quickly solve demanding tasks. Your foreign language skills, past work and university studies’ experience will be duly consulted right after test.
In case you apply for Head Accountant position, you shall be able to prove us your knowledge of financial and managerial accounting. Double entry book-keeping knowledge will be examined on case study. You will be required to answer questions from the sample basic study about financial closure rules under IFRS or Slovak GAAP.
In case you apply for a position at our tax consulting department, your knowledge from the field will be tested. You will have to correctly answer to questions from our two tax studies in the Slovak language concentrating on Corporate Income Tax and VAT.
3rd Round
Upon succession in the 2nd round final interview with Managing Director will follow. The meeting is aimed to discuss your personal traits, motivations, ability to cooperate within teams, your expectations about job and monetary terms.
